74, passed on November 15th at home. He was the husband of Maria DoCouto.Ideal DoCouto was the most amazing husband, son, brother, father, grandfather, great grandfather, uncle, cousin and friend. No matter the title; he made us all feel loved and like we were his own. In any time of neglect or need; he was there for us all. He was a man of integrity. He lived his life very honest and true to his morals and beliefs. He is the true definition of a family man. His love for his family was what he truly lived for. Surrounded by family was all he needed and wanted.

He was born in Cape Verde on June 10th 1945, taken away unexpectedly at the age of 74. Ideal left behind his beloved wife, Maria DoCouto, 3 children Ercilia, George and David DoCouto. Also 3 siblings Elisa, Joao and Adelino DoCouto, 10 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren as well as many nieces nephews cousins and friends. He will forever have impacted many lives, we will continue to carry on your legacy and memories. Ideal also known as Papa, Tio, and Da; we will forever love and miss you. All of us are eternally grateful to have been in your presence.

Visitation will be held Sunday, November 17th from 4pm until 7pm in the Keefe Funeral Home, Five Higginson Ave, Lincoln.
His funeral will be held Monday at 9:30am with a Mass of Christian Burial in Immaculate Heart of Mary Church, High St., Pawtucket at 11am. Burial will be graveside in Swan Point Cemetery, Providence.
